TM 1031 Exchange was founded by CEO Tim Marshall to serve the needs of real estate investors and their agents by matching them with suitable 1031 exchange replacement properties. In essence, we find properties nationwide that investors can purchase, lease, or exchange. We work directly with investors to develop commercial real estate investment strategies, and then we provide replacement property to support those strategies.

Many of the properties in our database are not listed and can be hard to find elsewhere. Our senior management team has on average more than 20 years of real estate experience, making us well-qualified to locate suitable investments for many different types of clients, both individual and corporate. Our database of replacement properties includes such popular investment vehicles as triple net leased (NNN) properties and tenant-in-common (TIC) investments.
