1031 Tax Deferred Property Exchange

A 1031 tax deferred property exchange is one of the most effective ways investors can avoid capital gains taxes generally placed on the sale of a property. With a 1031 tax deferred property exchange, an investor can take the proceeds from a real estate sale and reinvest them into another property, deferring the payment of capital gains tax.
