Tenant In Common Investments
Undivided interest is a term you'll hear often in relation to tenant in common investments. When you see this term, it means the property is owned or will be owned by two or more owners, with either equal or unequal interest in the property. In a tenant in common arrangement, each owner has full and simultaneous rights to the same property. This is the case regardless of the amount of interest owned.
