Many of the properties included in TM 1031 Exchange’s Property Surveys are not available on the open market. These properties are either being sold directly by a principal to investors or are “pocket listings” that don’t lend themselves to conventional broker marketing.

Much of the value TM 1031 Exchange offers our clients is access to these hard-to-locate real estate investments.

Principal and brokers are invited to submit properties for possible inclusion in the Property Surveys that are published on TM 1031 Exchange.

If a property is selected, qualified and motivated investors will learn of the property’s availability without receiving specific identification. When a qualified investor expresses a strong interest in a particular property the investor is introduced to the principal or broker for further information.
